This business-friendly location is conveniently close to transport links and just a short journey from the heart of the town. You'll find a variety of dining options nearby, ensuring that you're well catered for throughout your stay. the clean, comfortable rooms are complimented by friendly and helpful service, while the bathroom facilities cater to all your needs with modern utilities and conveniences.
The swimming pool has been recently closed due to some unforeseen circumstances.

The house where we stayed was really spacious and modern. We loved the fact that there was a separate living room with two comfortable sofas where we could relax after a long day of exploring. We also appreciated the convenience of having a functioning washer and dryer. The location was great, only a short walk away from a train station, a few convenience stores, and some restaurants. Another advantage was that the owner was very responsive and went out of his way to show us how to use the equipment and provide sightseeing recommendations.
Although the house was spacious, the small staircase leading upstairs was steep and could be dangerous for young children or older adults. there was no dining table or chairs, which made eating in a bit uncomfortable.

The house had plenty of space! It was great having two toilets and a private bathroom. We especially appreciated the convenience of having a washer and dryer. the house is located in a quiet residential area but still within walking distance to public transportation and convenience stores.
The sofa beds were not very comfortable to sleep on. the washing machine was located outside of the house, making the laundry task difficult during winter.

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We had access to convenient transportation options and it was easy to explore the nearby areas. We appreciated the parking facilities and the helpful staff.

Excellent location, good access to transportation and shopping mall. Kitchen well-equipped with basic necessities. Hospitable owner, knowledgeable about the area. Spacious house with functional washer and dryer. Comfortable and cute atmosphere. Paper maps of Kyoto provided. Close proximity to Shingon Buddhist temple Tō-ji.
